Hi,
Looking for some advice, what’s are people’s opinions on this -
I have a great girl working for me (tanning salon). She has a great work ethic and would love to keep her. She is young and I think eager for a career rather than part time job. I currently have a self employed beautician in my shop - earning about £200 on a good week £20 on a bad week.
Do you think it’d be worth training my staff up to be able to do the beauty treatments that my self employed beautician can do? I think we could be busier with treatments with the right advertisement, fresh face and hopefully good work. Do you think it’s too much risk?
Can I also add she is 18 so could possibly get some courses for free. Any help would be great.
