^ Was just about to post that after seeing it on Nouvatan's Facebook!

Ok, so most of the responses on here have been negative, jeez no wonder so many salons, open one week, close a few months later. What happened to a positive mental attitude. Believe me, this is a tried & tested formula. Try googling, mobile beauty industry business growth stats etc etc ! It is currently booming & it is only getting bigger. I never have any problem sharing info on the internet because approx 5% of people will toy with the ideas for a mnth or so & find any excuse not to jump in at the deep end and go for it, so to the original postee, i say go forth ! Success is perseverance through failure. Spray Sensation | Mobile Tanning is anther example of this tried & tested business model. Stay well away frm that other franchise firm sum1 mentioned, u can pick up an iveco high top lwb van on an 05 or newer for under £3,000 & kit it out for less than £1500 s do not bther with a territorial franchise, why limit yourself ? Here's another one for you, blow bars ! Yes, thats right, 2 backwashers, 2 stations, a mini seating area / magazines, full music system, heating, lighting etc all in one van, 4 metre internal area iveco high top, just for blow dry's ! This business is currently booming in america & is slowly filtering through to the UK. Get a nice blow dry before that night night out ! Good luck with whatever you do & all the best, I'll post pics when my first van is complete in the next few weeks.

Hi. I know this thread is a couple of years old now, but I'm seriously thinking about buying a caravan for a garden based nail business. We have a lovely garden and my choices are either a log cabin/summer house or a converted caravan. My heart wants to go with a caravan, but my head says log cabin. Any of you running a business from a caravan? I plan for it to be a beautifully fitted out treatment space and have got two ladies who have already costed up renovating a caravan for me.

Thanks,

Jenny
