Big toe nail fell off, need advice

I had Acrylic Nail on my two big toes. I ended up stubbing my foot & the acrylic came off, along with my real nail. It is now healed, but its been a month and a half & the nail still has not started to grow. There is also a huge lump by the cuticle (shown in pictures). Does anyone have any advice? Or what that huge bump is? Any help is greatly appreciative!

It's been badly damaged, obv, I bet that hurt like mad!

If the cells in the matrix have been damaged (by the toe jamming back into the cuticle) the toenail could end up growing thicker (which is where it would have been doing its growing instead of the usual length that you'd expect). Don't forget toenails grow about a quarter of the rate of fingernails though. That's what I'd say your ridge is, a client of mine had something similar.
