Hi Hair Geeks,
I'm a beauty geek but after some hair advice please?
I'm sure the very hard water where i live is turning my blonde hair brassy & straw colour! I've tried shampoo & conditioner for blonde hair but it's not helped so when i was in Sally's earlier i saw a toner for blonde hair but the only shade they had was 8/81 and i was wondering what shade this would be? didn't want to buy it if it's not right thing.
