any news on the subject?
its confusing me
i made an order for £131.51 last week and got £20 off
then few days later made another order for £137.30 and got no money off?

should i have asked to redeem any points or do they ask you??

Your order for 131 would have used up the points already achieved. You might find that since you now have another large order - the next time you order there should be about £5 of points.

If in doubt, phone them and ask them.
