Creative Nails Top Coat

Hi. I read about a creative top coat that is very strong and is cured in the normal amount of UV light in any normal room. What is this called and is it available in Canada? I am pretty sure it is a Creative product but I may be wrong.... If I ask any distributors here they have no idea what I am talking about. Thanks for your help,

I'm not sure but, think you might be meaning a product called Faze 2 which is from Designer Nails the UK distributors for Creative. If it is that then i dont think you'll be able to get it in Canada but I may be wrong.
