dehydrated nails???

i have a new client who after ive prepped her zone 3 remains white and chalky kind of patchy looking which is still visible after i have filled. i've never experienced this with anyone before. her appointments tomorrow so would appreciate any advice offered.she does have medical stuff going on- poly cystic fibrosis and is on ivf. dont know if that has anything to do with it?

It is most likely down to her medication if you don't experience this problem with anyone else. I would recommend frequent use of Solar Oil.
