Hi Geeks

Could anybody please explain the various course NVQ levels as beauty therapist.?
I finished my diploma as 'Beauty Therapist' with 'Next Step Beauty'. Can I convert the diploma to NVQ level by taking asssesments.
Also advise on how to apply for discount cards for beauty supplies.

Looking at Next Step Beauty website, it says they are accredited by VCTC who also award the NVQ's.
However, on looking at the VCTC website, they don't appear to be registered as a course provider with them...!

I think you need to contact VCTC directly and ask if it's possible to upgrade your 'qualification' to an NVQ and see what advise they offer. VCTC and City & Guilds are the only awarding bodies for NVQ's in England and Wales.
