Geeks with premises?

Hello everyone

This is quite a long term plan but I do intend to have a premise-based business when I train & qualify, however, I have a 9-5 office job which certainly isn't going to allow me to buy premises :')

So to geeks who do have premises...how much did/do you pay? Do you rent or did you buy? Is there something like a business mortgage which could open up my options? How has it affected your business...good or bad?

I think you might be better getting up and running and building up your business so that if and when you do find the right premises to buy you can go in to the bank manager with a set of books that will convince him/her that you will be able to pay it back.:hug:

Yes that is definitely my intention I wouldn't want to go straight into a premises with no client base or business experience...far too scary & I'm the most fickle person in the world! xx
