Ok, i am opening a second salon and this one will have a hairdresser in it. this is where things get a bit tricky. I have not been in the hair industry for 20 years so consider myself to know almost nothing about the industry now from a hairdressers point of view.
1. what percent comission would you consider appropriate if you wanted to work in my new salon?
2. would you expect me to provide your products?
3. would you expect me to provide you with an apprentice?
4. woud you prefer to rent a chair or pay comission?
sorry to bombarde you all. but i want to offer a fair, up to date and a great working environment for all parties, so i need to get it right from the start.
