Something I just wanted to add to this is:
I have encountered ALL SORTS[as u do after a few years in the trade]
The General public are as wide & varied as the colours on an artists pallette.
& at the end of the day Your Bread & Butter.
To overcome certain different personalities I have:
Placed the information that I have downloaded from professional Nail related sites into clear plastic sheets.
Folders that are Client- Student- Qualified Tech information.
The client information sheets are the ones that are general knowledge that we would normally pass on in general conversation:
ie:. NEW PRODUCT REALEASE. MMA. DRILLS.NAILART.etc
This then gives the client something to look at.
You're right there to answer ANY q's that may arise.& they are not staring at you the whole time with nothing else to do!
You will encounter these personalities at times. & after a few of them myself.
I dont talk or ask .I just work 'n' smile .Have the information there.
& get it done as Brilliantly & Quickly as I can. lol .
