Hi some times while working with XTENSO or WELLASTRATE, i have faced a problem. While application of neutrilizer, the hair starts shrinking like springs and later at end hair becomes very frizzy. Can some one help me how to control such situation. I know this usually happens while working with already damaged hair but still i have to do my clients having damaged hair or with previous chemical history.
