Help! Salon Systems lash adhesive

Can someone please help? I trained with Salon System lash Adhesive and have recently brought some as a back to my alternative glue but I just cant seem to use it. No sooner it's out of the bottle it drys with a clear skin over. Am I doing something wrong or does any one have an suggestions/experienced similar? Thanks.

Mine does this too, especially in the warmer weather I find, seems to go more sticky & stringy.
Don't have any tips really, except I put the smallest amount on a spatula, it doesn't seem to dry out quite so quickly then.x

Just do like a centimetre or so at a time in hot weather
