How to relax LVL lash lift?

My sister had an LVL LASH LIFT yesterday but one eye lifted more than the other. Can anyone tell me how to relax it to match the other one please.

Heard back from Nouveau - they couldn’t have been more helpful. This is what they recommended - comb step lifting balm through lashes for 20 seconds then wipe off, then comb volumes of fix through for 20 seconds & wipe off. Don’t apply moisturising serum. They should gently start to relax. Personally I would comb through for 20-30 seconds for any result [emoji4] hth someone [emoji5]️
