Is mobile teeth whitening illegal?

Hi, I am really interested in doing a teeth whitening training course and do it professionally either from my home, or go mobile to people's houses. I have read very contradicting information online about it, and wanted to know if this is legal or not? Thanks x

Any teeth whitening is illegal, unless you're a dental practitioner.
