hi guys
have any of your clients been using the john frieda lightening shampoo?
i had a client in yesterday who looked like she had put a full head colour over my beautiful highlights...
i asked if she had and she said "no, i would never dye my own hair"...
so without getting into a full on row with her because..... (come on girls we now if someone has been tampering with our work)...lol
we got to the bottom of this and it was the shampoo.. it was glowing at the back and not so much around the front.. when i showed her the colour differences she said "oh, well i dont put a lot around the front"
i didnt even know this existed till yesterday, maybe i should take a walk down the shampoo isle in tesco next time im in...
