Lash lift not taking on one eye

Hi I had a client in for lash lift last night and one eye took well and the other just not, and even the black tint didn't take as well.

I got her back in this morning and did the one eye again but halfed the time for each solution and still didn't take.

I really don't know why this has happened and why one has taken and the other wont.

Where do I go from here?

Also my client has had this done before somewhere else. I never have problems with clients before so I'm really unsure why it's. Happened
