Lifting to white blonde

Any advice pls
I have successfully lifted from a 4.0 base using bleach and toner but have left the hair a week for a rest
We are currently at a gingery blonde (a little darker in the ends where tint was) but all in all an ok colour
What would you do next to achieve whitish blonde??
The hair is in good condition

What level has it lifted to and what are you trying to achieve? White blonde isn't a technical term so it doesn't really tell us anything useful.
