Loyalty cards & appointment cards together/ separate

Does any one do their loyalty and appointment cards together? If so how do you find this works?

I currently have them separate but someone suggested having them together in a little booklet style. What are your thoughts on this does anyone have a similar thing?

Not everyone uses the appointment cards as they put it in their phones so I'm not sure if it would be a waste?

Also I'm not sure if people would want a booklet style card in their purses?

We have loyalty cards only and no appointment cards. As you rightly say, everyone just puts the appointment date in their phone. When I am personally given one, it tends to go to waste.
My 2 cents- just go with loyalty card only (which also always gets forgotten but we have an online system so we honour things as it makes for happier clients).

I have separate cards for loyalty and appointments as some don't qualify for loyalty. But I often write the dates of their appointments on the back of their loyalty card. But as you say most people put it on their phones now
