in another thread I posted about matrix col, 8w. CLient want to be a clean light blonde without the warmth (her col is very very warm) so I was thinking of colouring with a ULA???? or would u use a high lift?

Any advice welcome

Tint doesn't lift tint. I would pre lighten if the condition is good, then apply the relevant toner
