Hi
Been researching for a while now about microblading courses. I'm obsessed with eyebrows and have been doing HD Brows for 5 years. I feel this is the next step for me to perfect brows.

Has anyone trained with
NB Proffesional
Or
Finishing Touches?

Thank you

Hiya :) I haven't looked in to those two courses but I have just booked with Epibrow. Have to say I've been doing HD a while and totally agree that it seems the next step and the way it seems to be heading with brows now x

Hi Ladies,

Are you both still busy with HD? Now microblading is so popular.

Yes, I still seem to do a lot because there are a lot of people who don't need the microblading route. I do a lot of clients who have previously had either microblading or spmu and use HD to keep their brows looking in mint condition :) x

Yes I still do loads of HDs but a lot of them said they would have microblading if I did the course as they trust me. I do also have clients who have had micro blading and come to me for HDs.

Totally different treatments but your HD experience and knowledge of brow shape will help you get a start in microblading. It's not easy but i absolutely love it and it's pretty much all I do now. Please make sure you get training that's properly accredited though, I wasted my money on a 2 day course before finding a proper 5 day course through the guild.

Who did you train with if you don't mind me asking? :)

Dermagraph Microblading, they were the only specialist brow microbladers that I could find that were accredited by the guild and ABT. After my bad experience with a 2 day course, I didn't want to take any chances but it really paid off. I even call them now if I have a tricky set and there always happy to help. Wilmas a brilliant trainer . microblading courses

Does anyone know if the PhiBrows online course is accreditted?

Things change and courses are put up for accreditation all the time, so the best way to be sure is to check for a list of the accredited courses with the guild or ABT before you book. I think they both have a list of approved courses and training centres on their websites. If new regulations are on the way for semi-permanent makeup this is really important.

Ok.

When you refer to The Guild: is that City & Guilds or Beauty Guild?

Sorry.. it's the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists to give it it's full title.. they assess course content and teaching standards. The same with Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT).. they are independent judges of beauty training and offer insurance, advice and other services to beauty professionals in the UK. There are other organisations that accredit courses too but these are the 2 largest. If there is a problem with one of the courses they approve, at least you have someone to turn to for help.

Where did you do your 5 day course please?

Have a look at www.shereesiddall.com ABT accredited and you only deal with Sheree or her PA. no other staff and all training and after support is direct with her
