Hi all
I opened salon 9 months ago and since August I've been so quite that I'm getting worried now.
Can anyone give me any tips or ideas as to how to attract more and new customers! We've been leaflet dropping near us last week

I opened my salon yesterday...even though I'm quite busy this week I dot have much in free next week...

Remember parents have kids to entertain and school stuff to buy so hair isn't always a top priority ATM, I always find aug,sept and oct the quietest time

Do you have a Facebook page? I found that really works...like the 1st 5 likes will receiver... (% discount or £x off treatment x)

Recommend a friend..put clients name on a card an tell them to give to a friend when the friend comes give them £x/%off and when your regular returns hey also receive £/% off, for the new client I only tend to take a couple quid off...
