Newsletter Template

Hi

Ive never created a newsletter before, I have gathered my clients email addresses ready and I would like to create a newsletter.
Im thinking of one for the run up to Mothers Day, thought I better start prepping it now as Ive always left it too late in the past thats why I've never done one. I would like to send it out in the next couple of weeks.

Can anyone recommend any newsletter templates? Or if anyone would like to send me one of theirs for an example that would be great.

Im a bit stuck because I dont know where to start, how to design it, or what layout I should use.
