Overly demanding client. Advice please?

I know this is an old thread but just read thru and I am so proud of how u handled it.

I have two reactions to people (not just clients). People who want to find a SOLUTION tend to get a lot out of me. People who want to find a PROBLEM tend to get the bare minimum. It's all about respect and considering this lady was trying to find a solution I do not think it's silly that you redid for free. That's part of creating a relationship with the client.

Quick tip, hair stylists in my shop do this sometimes and it might help in the future where there's inadequate lighting. Bring them outside in natural light to view your color selections. They will be more pleased with what they choose and it will cut down on this happening again.
