Please help!

I have been doing lash lifts for months with no problems at all. I had a client on Thursday who's contacted me today to say one eye is looking frazzled and the other side is great. She's been to me before and had no problems last time.

The only thing I can think if that when I applied insulating wrap, it's pushed the lotion all over the lash.

I've asked her to come back Tuesday so that I can relax and straighten them out. But my question is, can I relift them after that?

If the lash is already over processed because the lifting lotion was on the ends then I wouldn't put more solutions on them to relax or relift them as it could make them worse

retail her the conditioning serum and it will get rid of the frazzled ends in no time!
