Rent a room

I had a thought the other day..

has anyone rented a room once a week or something for just spray tanning?

was it worth the money?
did you get many clients?

I'm looking into doing this , the room is fully set up as a beauty room and the rent is £100 a month. I don't have any set clients yet but hopefuly with word of mouth it can get something going.

Is it just tanning that you are qualified in ? You could have rented the room and then added other treatments alongside it as you went along if the tanning alone was not enough to cover the costs ?
