Hi i was wondering about rent prices?
The last place i was in charged £70 a week for as many days, hours etc as you could do. that included all your rates but you still supplied all your now products. This was great the rent was fab it was a large room & i got full use on the recp for nails & a small second room for spray tanning.
I am now being offered a room for £100, its wihin a hair salon, the room is alot small in size, I have to move all the furiture back to put un a spray tent when needed & still have to buy my on products.
Plus the salon b4 was on the main high street & we had so much walk in & passing trade. This salon is just on the edge of a street.
I'm just worried im paying to much & wont be in business to long
