Hi All,
I'm wondering what a fair rent for the next three years of my lease would be. I realise that the rent depends on the size of the salon, but I'd really appreciate an idea of what Geeks think would be an acceptable rise.
I pay £147.50 per week at the moment. I have a 6 year lease (which is as on-going as I want) with a rent review in February. I know that my landlord will hike the rent - so I'd be glad of opinions/views.
