Lets put this one down to misunderstanding everyones intentions.
I feel that sometimes we all over-read into peoples intentions. This is natural in a forum setting - but very unnatural (and unbecoming) of everyone involved. Lets throw away the key on this one and chalk it up to everyone having a bad day (and me having a good one!)
