I use the Tammy Taylor Acrylic with CND Monomer and NSI Primer. Do I need a dehydrator? I always clean with either acetone or alcohol before applying primer. What do you think?

I would perhaps call your supplier and ask.
As I pretty sure you not meant to mix products but I don't know Tammy Taylor brand but I am NSI Trainned in their systems.
And yes you need a sani spray then cuticle remover then shape nail etc then apply your pure plus and then your NSI sustem bonder .
I never heard of using acetone instead the ingredients are completely different.
I would say isopropyl alcohol would be a better choice. I found using incorrect prep products does interfere wth the lifting or life of nails, best to not skip steps
