Hi All,
My name is Lukas.
I'm looking for setting up physical therapy/acupuncture office/clinic.
Primarily for weekends only and then also for weekdays 4:30-9pm.
Unusual hours due to a day job in NHS.
Reliable tenant, references, credit check OK.
Would gladly join chiro, physio, perhaps barber or beauty venues.
Floor has to be sealed/not carpeted. Sink not required - can proceed around it.

Long term preferred.
