I lived in Spain previously and my hairdresser back then was an expat. Where we lived was full of English people who mainly stuck to other English People for any services they required so there's definitely a need but this was before Brexit. Now all the slow steady stream of expats will have dwindled and whilst the ones that have stayed since will need English speaking hairdressers still, there won't be any more new expats going over there to live in their twilight years now... so once the remaining ones are gone, you'll be stuck if you haven't integrated and learned the language by then.
