Treatment with biggest profit margin

Hi all
Just wondering which treatment you offer that gives you the highest margin in your beauty salons? Not necessarily the most popular one, but the one you do that has the least costs and most profit with it. I know we can't mention prices but if you could just name the treatment please. I'm trying to think of which treatments are best to add.
