Writing a business plan

Has anybody here written a successful business plan for a beauty salon?

I have just started and was wondering if anyone had any advice?
Just doing my market research ATM by asking locals to do a quick online survey, will this be enough?

Quickly to reply : no it won't be enough. Just asking locals on line survey. Your question isn't really in depth enough to give you more assistance . That question could span a book in responses .
