I use it for nail pops, client shelf and cute little books. I don’t find it being in the way for the client although I do have to remind them/force them to come closer. Not sure the ledge is the culprit though ☺️
Sorry for stealing this thread quickly, but trinity are you an educator? If not, please become one! You are so good at encouraging and also giving great advise on how to move forward. I was just at a 1-2-1 thanks to you and it was so helpful, even though I knew most of the things we went...
You’re welcome ☺️ hope you’ll come to a good conclusion which I am sure you will as both brands have good reputation and manufactured within the EU ☺️
Not sure I understand your question about the filing. I file the polish off with e-file and then go in with hand file not to damage the...
Hi!
I’m using ikoniq products and getting most of my supplements from Ink. Find both companies absolutely brilliant.
If you’ve used shellac, I guess moving forward to ikoniq would be a good move as it’s hypoallergenic as well. Most colours are one coat coverage, and last for +3 weeks. The...
Amazing! I work alone too and confidence is running low when I can’t nail (pun intended :p) the timing and of course the lifting. 1-2-1’s are incredibly expensive here in Sweden and hard to save up for and at the same time stay on top of maintenance...
I’m super thankful and touched for your...
Fantastic Trinity, thank you so much for this thorough response!! Everything you say resonates soooo well with me. The heavy lifting IS a big problem (and not only in terms of debulking, of course)Right now, it’s quicker to do a new set than a rebalance
A 1-1 would definitely...
Hi geeks! As the title reveals, I’d love to get some tips on how to speed up filing a bit, both with e-file and finish filing for hand ☺️
For infills, I remove old product with efile and it takes me AGES (I’m using the tapered carbide bit from glitter planet but would absolutely be up for...
I got the ikea malm make up desk from Facebook market space. It has a glass topper making it easy to keep clean and is of a good depth (I’m short and have t-Rex arms :p). The back is raw wood but I got two picture ledges from ikea, adding up to the same width as the table ☺️ Good luck with your...
It’s sold on a pro (?) shop (as the video is posted from) but seems to be the same as sold on alibaba and similar.
agree on the balance... It would be such a clever tool though, especially if being mobile! Hope some reputable brand will make something similar (it better ☺️)
Has anyone tried this one? It seems a bit too good to be true, but it's 2020 after all..! ;)

Extra plus for the comparisons between a regular e...
Thanks lovelies! Unfortunately your suggestions where either discontinued or sold out where I'm at... But I did order this one, it was very inexpensive so figured it's worth a try ☺️

Hi geeks!
As the title reveals, I’m looking for your favourite nippers/cuticle scissors for getting rid of hangnails. I find most nippers being very difficult to get close without grabbing excessive skin.
I very rarely trim cuticles, so looking for something for this purpose only ☺️
tia
I have a super tiny bit of excess polish and pushes this upwards towards the cuticle with the brush, from underneath. Find it a bit easier to control than having the brush closer to the cuticle.
You can also use a detailer brush to get really close to the cuticle and side walls. I find it...
I don’t do feet but if I did I’d be dead serious with gloves! Using gloves for doing extensions are nearly impossible when using forms :/ I try to use them at least during prep and for all filing. For regular polish, no problem, but the forms do make it super difficult..
Yes it really is a true gem this site :)
Thank you for being understanding :)
If I got your question right, you go to the main menu and chose “forums” and then nails (if that’s what you want to view ☺️). Then you will see everyone’s posts! Xx
Thanks for the thorough reply, I am LIVING for this :D and sorry Suzy for hijacking your post! I hope you still find it useful ☺️
It definitely seems to differ between different countries (and, the spelling too ;)) but it’s great it’s taken so seriously where you’re at! I think over here...
I understand, and do agree with you. I just wonder where that line is drawn, to the need of sterilisation or enough with just disinfecting. Returning to the brushes (again, my mind got stuck on that! :p) they’d need to be basically disinfected between each time they go between the client and the...
