Completely agree you have to find something that works for you, I felt as though I was going round in circles until I found something I could stick with but thankfully works great for me as long as the rest of my skincare routine is great

Could you just say ideally you would look to leave straight away but you understand if she wants you to work a short notice period and assuming you have a good working situation she should appreciate that? That way you haven't gave her the option to say she wants you to work a month notice etc

It will be the same one, it's just a strong antibacterial but I read on a forum it's helped alot of people with skin issues
