Hi,
Most retention issues are caused by the following:
Lash Artist working with a new glue – have not yet understood the workability of the new adhesive.
Failing to control temperature and humidity
Not refreshing your adhesive often enough
Too little adhesive used (this is very common)...
Check with your supplier, but we always recommend that they can be stored in a fridge BEFORE opening, but once opened must be kept in a cool, dry place. Do not let moisture get into the glue.

Hi, I train all my new techs using my Onyx glue, then when they are a little faster they tend to move onto Ruby. Take a look, but you will need to ensure your temperature and humidity in your lash room is at the correct levels.
If your client has a very low lash count then you would need to, but if your client has a medium to high lash count then for salon lashing you do not need to.
However what we do recommend is to always where possible cover 100% of the inner and outer sections as these areas are usually more...
