Hi
I had my brows done about 6 years ago. I have fairly good brows...I just have some gaps that won't grow and the 'fronts' are a little thin.
Nilam Patel did my brows and I loved them, they were fab. I never had them topped up after the recommended 2 year period...only because I didn't really...
...could anyone tell me if there is a salon finder type thing for eve Taylor salons? I'm a beauty therapist and I use dermalogica, have done for years but I'm thinking about changing my own skincare routine but I'm not sure how to find someone in my area?
Thanks.
Hi Everyone
I love a bit of gradual tan on my face...makes me feel a bit less pale! However...most have comedogenic ingredients which then cause breakouts and congestion
Can anyone recommend a non comedogenic one please?
Thanks.
I don't mean to alarm anyone who smells smoke when it's not there but I've recently leaned through a client of mine that this can be a sign of epilepsy.
My client had been smelling it on and off for a year before casually mentioning it to her doctor after she had experienced a few episodes of...
Yep! Totally your choice on your hours. Having said that, it is good to be there sometimes even when not busy, walk ins and someone having hair done may want a quick brow wax etc and when they experience how fab you are they'll become a regular!
My answer is yes... You are being a little hard on yourself!
Take a deep breath... Seriously... It helps!
Just take a min to think about a few things...
You are back in the game after years away and it's only been 4months! 4 months is nothing, it will take time to build up steady client flow...

It's your business therefore your diary so you can take it where you like. You work for yourself not for him. However if he insists then get a copy of your price list write all the timings on it, leave it at the salon near the phone and tell your clients they have to ring the salon to book. He...
I don't think many geeks on here can answer that question definitively unless they have experienced the same situation. I think it may be best to contact the awarding bodies or training person/centre directly as they will be best placed to answer.
As I'm not currently the business owner that decision is not mine to make. The idea has been forwarded on many occasions but unfortunately is not met with enthusiasm. Good info tho, thank you :)
Just a quick one... Does anyone have an appointment book that is also a diary?
I can only seem to find one or the other and don't want to use up precious time either writing in appointment times or dates.
I think navada has a point. What are you going to do with said uniform if/when you get it back? Would you pass it to another existing or new employee? I don't think id want a hand me down. In the nicest possible way is it really worth the hassle of getting it back?
Arrrrgh! Decisions like this are so difficult aren't they?!! Whilst you wish someone could just tell you what the right thing to do is, they can't! No one knows what is right wrong or best but if your instincts are telling you this could be a good thing then id say listen to them! If it excites...
