Our salon had a problem with a member of staff years ago and we had to dismiss her. She took us to the employment tribunal and we had mediation between us both. The employee has many rights. My advice is don't quess the correct answer but get professional advice. Good luck

I have this bed and am really pleased with - just beware its heavy. So I have it on a rug and if I need to move it I can just push it and the rug slides over the floor.

I have never had a problem. But if that was me faulty means faulty - doesn't matter how small the fault and it needs replacing!

Not an expert but for me no they just get rid of excess fluid temporarily.

We all feel like this from time to time. Just think if they are not happy they feel able to tell you and you can sort it. Deep breath and keep going xx
