100% grey not covering with Affinage

Hi guys,

Just a quick post regarding one of my clients. She is a base 7 with 100% grey above her ears, which never covers. I've tried pre softening, 1-1 ratio ( instead of 1- 1 1/2 ) even the double base of 7.00. I'm thinking of trying a different brand maybe? Any suggestions would be grateful xxx

When I used affinage, I'm sure they said the .1 range covered greys? So a 7.1 would cover, I would phone there help line though to be sure! As I've not used them for a few years, I changed to Schwarzkopf and I do find they are great for coverage of greys, they have an absolutes range which gives amazing coverage

Ermmm have you read the affinage manual? There is plenty of advice to cover greys, pre softening is not recommended, instead use the .01 natural ash http://www.affinage.com/ITM.pdf here you go hope this helps.
