JUST BE NICE
Ladies and gents can you recommend what I could pay an apprentice for the first 12 months? Whom is currently coming to the end of her level 2 and is 30 years old.
(Apprentice rules state it can be up to me)
My aim is that I will have her doing basic colours and cuts in 6 months and more in 12, hopefully by that point she will be bringing in more money and I can justify a stylist wage.
Current I cannot! (Currently on mat leave and my apprentice walked out today due to being told off for not placing orders [emoji85])
Any advise welcome
