3D Acrylic Flowers - Bought

Hi Geeks, I have bought some 3D acrylic flowers from Nail Delights and was wondering how I use them. Do they need to be set right into the acrylic while it is still wet? I know they are supposed to stick up from the nail (obviously, 3D lol) but they seem to stcik up really high if I was to just glue them on....??

Maybe you could do a thin layer of acrylic, stick the 3d flowers on and then encapsulate them within the acrylic?
