Hair fibres, 'Million hair' etc......are all great 'cosmetic' products for fine, thinning hair. They 'fill in' the gaps where very little hair is growing.
As we use make-up to 'enhance' or 'play down' certain features, that is how I would describe such a product.
It is a temporary, effective camouflage for thin hair.
