60 / 40 split advice

Hey Geeks,

I am after some advice on renting space or a % split in a salon.

If you do a 60/40 split in the salons favor then do you still pay rent? or does the 60% cover that??

Is it better to do the split in your favor and by all products?

or - Is it better just to rent and pay a weekly amount?

If you are paying the % and there is only 1 treatment room, how do you divide the room between 2 therapists?

No idea on the splitting the room.
On the % and rent you pay one or the other, don't accept to pay both.
I pay a set rate and keep the rest myself, and its more than in my favour, and I'm happy about that, if the salon gained more than me then I wouldn't be there xoxo
