6rv Keratin color need help!

I colored my hair 6rv with keratin color now looking for a change . I think I want to be between a level 5 or 6 and be a chocolate brown. I have an inch of regrowth which is a level 6 kind of ashy. How can I achieve my desired look? Anyone familiar with keratin Coppola color and can think of a nice formula to use? Do you think a bleach shampoo may be needed ? Please help!!
