Help with this new popular K-pop hair-color (pics)

I’m new to female hair! Just stopped working at an old barber shop with mostly male clientele. I’m now working at a regular salon.

I’ve had a lot of Asian female clients coming in requesting this color. They specifically tell me not to give them medium/dark brown hair and have shown me the Pinterest photos below, explaining that it’s “lighter than it appears”

It’s not exactly light brown, not exactly medium brown. It’s somewhere in the middle and ashy / cool. But I’m having a hard time achieving this perfect tone.

What level hair should I start on to get this shade? A lot of clients who request this color have colored light brown hair already (the last trend) and now want this popular color.

And what level is this / what colors should I use?

I feel like you need to pre lighten it, it will need to be lifted to a level 7 at minimum. For the best result, probably a level 8. Then you'd need to use something that's heavy on the green and blue tones. I would pretone with violet before going over with the final ash shade. What brand do you use?

I use schwarzkopf professional, thanks for the advice. Do you know what the exact level of this is?
