9 year old with spots - help/advice needed

Hi Geeks

My son is 9 years old and has been getting terrible breakouts of spots and blackheads on his nose! I'm assuming its because he is approaching that age 😳.

What I really want to know is what would be the best way to treat this as he's still young I'm worried about putting something too harsh on his skin.

Any suggestions on products and dos and don'ts would be greatly appreciated 😄.

Hi there,

I feel your pain - I have a 13 year old n twin 11 year olds and when this started happening I bought a fragrance free gentle face wash. I just went into boots and asked for advice. My daughter uses neutrogena facial wash and the boy have a Simple cleansing wash. It's a really good idea to get them in a good sin care routine if they need it!

Thank you for your reply. That really helps as I thought the 'spot' creams/washes may be too harsh. I will try the simple wash - completely forgot about their range 😊 xxx
