A cheeky request from an experienced geek please?

I was wondering if an experienced geek would be happy for me to private PM them regarding an issue I have with a client - possible oncholyosis. I can't find what I need from previous threads and I'd like to keep the matter private. I am seeing the client in question later today and won't be able to contact my old trainer in the mean time. I have been trained since 2010 with the brands required.
