Ability to serve afternoon tea?

Does anyone serve afternoon tea I'm their salon? I am looking to do a ladies day with treatments and afternoon tea, this is just as one off and I don't normally serve food, nothing will be prepared on the premises and it would be all cold food, cakes etc. My question is am I allowed to do this or what do I need??
