??? about hotmail

I'm having real problems with my hotmail account, some people are receiving emails, some not.
I don't want to stop using this email account as its linked to my websites and on all of my biz cards, etc.

Is their an option on hotmail to get a receipt, ie when someone opens the email you get notification? I do on my tiscali account.

Also, can I link my tiscali account to my hotmail?

Sorry for all questions, its very frustrating that I am having to duplicate emails with other accounts and I know that I am going to lose custom due to this. My policy is to answer anyone within 12 hours, but some people think I'm not answering them at all!!!

I use Windows Live Mail and my Hotmail account and my Tiscali account come in through the one package - I used to use Outlook Express but upgraded.

There is an option to get a read receipt on every email you send if you want or just set it for individual emails.

You might need to also set your junk mail options.
